Shipping policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped at weekends or on public holidays. If there is a significant delay we will contact you by email.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping within the United States is $8.00, and is free on orders of $70.00 and over. Express shipping is $15.00. The rate that applies to your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery estimates

Standard delivery is estimated at 3 to 5 business days and express at 1 to 2 business days. These are carrier estimates and run from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We cannot guarantee arrival dates and are not liable for carrier delays.

Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order ships, with tracking information where the service used provides it.

Damages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us at cotognoj@gmail.com and keep all packaging so we can file a claim with the carrier.

International shipping

We currently ship within the United States only.

Returns

See our return and refund policy. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except where an item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered.
